1. About these terms

This website is operated by Outfit Lab Corp, trading as Avenza. Throughout the site, "we", "us", and "our" refer to Avenza. By browsing avenzaconcept.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Legal Notice, each of which is incorporated here by reference.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the website. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell to you.

2. Eligibility

By using this site you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state, province, or territory of residence, or that you are of legal age and have given consent for any minor in your care to use the site. You may not use our products for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any law that applies to you.

3. Products, descriptions, and pricing

Our products are sold exclusively online and may be available in limited quantities. We have made every effort to display colors, fabrics, and details accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen reproduces color faithfully. Measurements and fabric compositions are provided as a guide and may vary slightly between production runs.

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice. We may limit quantities, restrict sales to any person or region, and discontinue any product at any time. All offers are void where prohibited.

4. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the order confirmation. We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order at our discretion, including where we suspect fraud, where an item is mispriced or out of stock, or where an order appears to be placed by a reseller. If we cancel an accepted order, we refund it in full.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at checkout, including a correct shipping address and a working email address, and to keep that information up to date so we can complete your order and contact you when needed.

5. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment processor. We do not receive or store your full card details. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

7. Errors and omissions

Information on the site may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, transit times, or availability. We may correct any error and update or cancel orders affected by it at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been submitted. Except as required by law, we have no obligation to update information on the site.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site is owned by Outfit Lab Corp or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, copy, resell, or commercially exploit any part of the site or its content without our written permission. Personal, non-commercial use is permitted.

9. Reviews and submissions

If you submit a review, comment, photograph, or suggestion, you grant us permission to publish, display, and use it in connection with our store, without obligation to compensate you or keep it confidential. You confirm that your submission is your own, is accurate, and does not infringe anyone's rights or contain unlawful, abusive, or obscene material. We may edit or remove any submission at our discretion, though we are not obliged to monitor them.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Outfit Lab Corp is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
