How to start a return
Email outfitlabcorp@gmail.com with your order number, your full name and address, and a line about what didn't work. Add a photo if the piece arrived damaged.
We'll reply with the return address. Please wait for it rather than sending the parcel back to the sender printed on the box, or it won't reach us.
Shipping information
Shipping is free on every order to the United States and Canada.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday and ship as soon as processing is complete. We don't ship on weekends, and holiday or sale periods can add a little time.
